This week's challenge is
Theme: Must Use Hearts
*Remember ~ you must have a sentiment on the front of your card to be eligible to win the prizes!
*Please note: YOU DO NOT have to have a colored image on your card. Non-card entries are acceptable as long as they have greetings on them.
This is what I came up with for the challenge tonight
I used Recollection red card stock for the base. Using my E2 to cut the heart's from the cricut classic font cartridge. I had cut some dies out the other night that did not fit my card and I used it tonight to place the stampin up bird on and the stamp is from Wal Mart.

Mojo Mondays
This week's challenge over at Mojo Monday's was a nice sketch. I chose the circle pattern for my card.
This is what I came up with. I used Kraft card-stock for my base and I used Echo Park ~Yours Truly for the pattern paper. I used my E2 to cut the shapes off of the cricut Classic Font cartridge at 5. I stamped the saying with a Wal Mart $.97 stamp and the ribbon was from Hobby Lobby and the rose was a Trico follow sprayed with some homemade glimmer.

Outlawz challenge - Sunday's Clean and Simple Challenge
This week we are bringing you the "Melting Pot" challenge.
What exactly is it? It's simple!
All you need to do is mix at least 4 different things to create a CAS project. For example, you can use a stamp, patterned paper, twine and a button.
How many things can you use in your pot while still keeping it CAS?
When posting, please let us know what the items in the pot are.
This is my take on the challenge today. I used ribbon from hobby lobby with two prima flower in the center, pattern paper, two different spellbinders, a Wal Mart $1 stamp and 3 buttons. I so love these daily challenges for cards. My card box will soon be filled.
Charm Swap
This month on the charm swap we had the theme of snowflakes and icicles with the colors of blues, silver & white. Since we are a month behind on swap she wanted us to send in February charms as well which is monochromatic with the colors of love. So with that this is what I had come up with. I love to go to Wal Mart and get the $1 beads and work them so the majority of mine come from Wally and the charms I usually get them on ebay from China or Hobby Lobby with a coupon of course.

Outlawz challenge - Twisted Thursday
This week challenge was anything with a twist of red in your card. My uncle just had heart surgery this past week and I wanted to send a card in the mail so the nurse hat has red in it and it completed the challenge but now that I am looking at it I will add some red buttons on place it on in the mail.
Outlawz challenge-Monday Greeting Cards
This week challenges was the wild west and I used my silhouette to cut out the cow girl....sorry it is night time here and my lighting isn't working to go but I used lindy stamp gang to give her some shimmer and the paper was from my stash.
Card Patterns
This week's challenge was a great layout.....I am using my scrap stash to make my cards but I think this is dcwv current from last yr.

My friend Lisa (Scrapin2010 ~ YouTube) was having a swap on her challenge to make a mailbox and swap with a person that she matches you up with.. The challenge was to get a mailbox at Hobby Lobby and choose a theme of travel, romance or vintage. We were to make a TP mini 5 pgs and put it in the mailbox. I chose travel so I could use of some of my paper packs of DCWV. This is what I came up with for my partner Juanita ~ NinaRoseTreasures

I am so longing this Outlawz ning site. They have a different card challenge a day and what a great way to add to your box of cards. On today's challenge they give you a sketch to go by and this is my take of the sketch.
I used Echo Park's Yours Truly stack for the pattern paper and recollection for the red. I cut the heart with my silhouette cameo machine. The ribbon is from Hobby Lobby and the stamp is a stampin up stamp from Tenny Tiny Wishes set and the punches are also Stampin up...well off to finish my swap so I can get it in the mail today.

Outlawz challenge
I know it has been awhile but I spent the weekend out of town with hubby and didn't take not one scrappy thing with me but my computer do design some cuts in the craft room and silhouette...
I was looking around scraps of color and found this ladies blog Card-d-ology and joined it and boy am I glad I did. Chana had a post of a card from outlawz challenge and I thought how fun this would be. The challenge was to create a card with only one embellishment and die cuts and embossing was fine along with a sentiment. Well I did okay until I cropped the corners of my card which I wasn't suppose to but the card is complete now. I made the cut with my silhouette and the ribbon is from Hobby Lobby and the sentiment I just love is from my scrappy friend Lisa (Scrapin2010) is from Kaiser Craft - mini clear stamps. The paper is from stampin up and it was in my stash so I am not sure of what color and I ran it through the vagabond in the cuttlebug folder Love Language.

My Black is Beautiful Challenge
Over at Scraps of Color one of the many challenges the ning site has to offer is this one My Black is Beautiful. You will make a album and add pictures of you with an assignment to complete. This week's assignment was to make the album then to do the first page of how you describe your color. When I was a little girl I would always say my skin was like paper sacks so that was my first page Paper Sack Brown. For my mini I am using Colorbok stack that I got at Ross for $2.99 but I just love the brown's in this stack and it also had the letters that I used on my paper and the sentiment A wonderful You....so I will enjoy this stack for my book.
So this is what I have come up with so far
This is the cover and I used the $1 Micheal frame, recollection rose buds and the $1 Micheal bling. The title is from K & Company Engraved Garden Collection.
This is my first page Paper Sack Brown was the letters in the paper collection and I used my slice to cut out the paper frame that my picture is on. I also pulled out a tool I haven't used since I bought it my coluzzle to crop the picture.
I added the beautiful rose that my sweet friend Teresa at MyScrapWorld rak me........simple but just my style.....be blessed

Joan's Gardens
My friend Shanta told me about this challenge at Joan's Gardens and I thought what a good idea to do a card for hubby ahead of time. I am the queen of late so this challenge was right on time. The challenge was to create a card out of red or pink and white. It must be embossed which I used the cuttlebug folder Hearts Blocks (I have never used this folder and it has been in the draw for over two years). The cupid was from the Silhouette again Shanta thank you for telling me about this machine. (She likes praises lol but she is right) The XoXo was a cuttlebug folder also Love Language and the buttons were from WalMart in the $.97 section from awhile back.
365 Cards
This is what I came up with - once again I was in my $1 stack from Claudia.
The pig and the word oink was cute from the Slice Farm Life at 4 inches I used my Peachy Keen stamps for the eyes and I used black diamond stickles for the hove. Oh and the pig is on a wobble. I have a sister in law Penny who just love pigs so when you needs to be cheered up....I got a card made for her.
Night all
Birthday Sundaes
Good evening, once again I used my $1 stack from Claudia to use for the paper on this card so I don't know who makes it but heck at $1--I just couldn't pass it up....The truck is from the slice cartridge Farm Life and I have to publicly thank my friend Shanta for telling me about the slice machine. It is so quick and easy although I love my Cameo and cricut machines this is just too quick. The stamp is from the Dollar bend at Micheal's. I also added some brads to give it more of a masculine look. At this rate of me doing a card a day my family and friends will not have to miss a card from me on a birthday this year.

Card Patterns
Well ladies I got a card completed for tonight. I went over to Card Patterns and followed their sketch and this is what I came up with. Again I used My Minds Eye A Beautiful Life for the paper and the simplicity trim from Joann's died with glimmer mist Mimosa (which I have never used and it has been in my craft room over two yrs so yeah for me using another product. The stamp is from Joann's TPC Studio set Happy Birthday.
Cameo work
Tonight I came into my scrap room and I knew I wanted to work on my cameo with that control panel that was included in the library. I used the paper studio stack from last yr called Safari Untamed for the control panel and the diva and crown was an image in the silhouette store that I downloaded when I got the machine and just haven't really played with it at all. So I loved the image so much that I cut it out for all three of my babies in my room the Cameo, E2 and the Imagine machine. I have ran out of black vinyl but I will get some next week to cut this image out for my 2 Expressions and the baby bug
I didn't record this last night but again I am challenging myself to at least make a card a night so I made this one last night using My Mind's Eye "A Beautiful Life"
So simple right but at this is my way of justifying my spending try to make something :)
Have a bless night

Just another Birthday Card
I want to challenge myself to just do something everyday since I can't stop spending I really need to do something with the things I keep bringing in so I made this simple card for my aunts birthday that is on the 7th of this month. I used My Mind's Eye "A Beautiful Life" stack and stampin up cardstock that I have been holding on for so long why I don't know but hopefully I will stop this madness and use this stuff.
The Happy Birthday was from a stamp set at Hobby Lobby called clear stamps but the stamp on the inside of the card was from the company clear dollar stamp and I really have fallen in love with this company for all the christian stamps they carry but I need to place another order for a birthday sentiment for the inside because I have used this one on the last three cards.
