Happy Belated Birthday

Well crafters it is that time where we are coming to the end of a year. I think this year for me has been a good crafty one. I am praying 2015 will be an even better one of spend less and use up what I got.

Yesterday was my sister in law Renee' birthday and because I was on the road so much I didn't get a chance to get this card made on time. I was watching a video earlier from Lorrie  and I loved her card and straight scrap lifted it. Can I just say I just love love love my Explore machine.

I used the pen to write the inside sentiment.

Until the next post
Happy New Year.

Last Christmas card

This card is in memory of my grandson Zaiden. I used the Explore machine to make it along with that AC 6x6 pad I got at Tuesday Morning sorry I am in the car posting this and I don't have the name as I just dropped the card off to my daughter
Here is Baby Z, we miss him so much. It is still hard to look at his baby pictures. I can't seem to get his album worked on because it is to painful

1-4-14 to 3-14-14

Love you Z and can't wait to see you in heaven.

Wedding Gifts

Hello Crafters, I am finishing up a few last min gifts from last month. My husbands nephew got married and I just ran out of time and didn't get my gifts turned in on time. I made this card using the Artfully sent cricut cartridge and I loved how it came out. I had a old stamp from for the wedding

The inside is a pop up. I also used the explore machine to write on the inside

I took some dollar tree glasses and put their initials on.
I love to embroidery the towels so I had to make a set of them for them. I used the font from JuJu

Then I tried my hand at a split window letter. Not to happy with this one because I had problems with the little bubbles but that is okay.

and here is the cute wedding couple

Creative Blogger Award

Happy Birthday JESUS

I pray everyone had a wonderful Christmas Day I know I did and I even got a nap in today. My wonderful crafty sister Treva has blessed with me with this Award today and I thank her very much.

For this award, I am to answer a few questions to help you get to know a little more about Felisa :)

What am I currently working on.
Today I am trying to finish a Christmas mini for my cousin who had taken some beautiful pictures for the season and I thought I would bless them with a mini to put them in.
I am struggling with the binding of the mini right now so I may change that up a little. Pictures will come another day of the mini. This is a picture of my cousin and family

What is my signature style?
My style is simple but I would love to take it to the next level. I love looking back at my work and seeing myself grow. I have a bad habit of jumping on the band wagon of new things that come out. My goal for next yr is to spend less and use what I have and to learn my machines to the fullest. This card I used on my Explore machine and right now it is my go to machine but hopefully I will get more comfortable with all my machines.

How do I become inspired and stay inspired?
For me I look at a lot of blogs through my emails and my girls can tell you I will forward the heck out of some emails. I tried before to unsubscribe to a lot but find myself joining more. I also love pinterest, FB and instragram.

How does my creative process work?
To be honest I just scrap lift. On this fry box I saw an email over from The cutting cafe and my hubby loves these chocolate and I did a play on words for the sentiment another spend off Regina's blog. I don't try to invent the wheel at all I rather scrap lift and give the person credit and bless my family and friends with my art.

My turn to pass this wonderful award over to my girl Danita

Have a bless evening

Jesus is the Reason for the Season

Once again I thought I was finish with my Christmas cards but I think these are the last two. I used my Cameo to cut the images out for these cards

this sentiment I used the Cameo also to write Wise Men Still Seek Him. The paper was from my stash from Tuesday Morning so glad I got that paper.

I used my stash of Christmas paper to make the envelopes

This sentiment is from an old Stampin up stamp set I got at a garage sell a few yrs back

Another Christmas Card

Good evening, I thought I was finish with my Christmas cards but we received one in the mail from my husbands niece so back to the scrap room I went. I had been thinking of gingerbread so I went to my explore machine and cute the images out for his niece and her husband. I used an AC pack
from Tuesday Morning.

Stamps of Life stamp for Merry Christmas and some bling I got at the .99 cent store in Dallas...(love that store just wish we had one in OKLA)

 another Stamps of Life stamp

I so took my girl Danita's design for my  grand kids bag that I need to go back and buy more because I got to much stuff in these

I made tags also for each grand child with the left over gingerbread kids. I just wish I knew how to do a inset of the tag

Only a few more items to do and bag up and it is really a wrap

Last of the Cards

I am really trying to get the last of my cards done this weekend and in the mail. Tonight I used the cartridge artfully sent from ctmh to make these pop up cards.

on the front of this card I used Anna Griffin embellishment and Stamps of Life stamp

this is the pop up of the card along with AG ribbon

This card I used one of the spellbinder dies that I got from Joanns and some paper from Hobby lobby a few yrs ago with the AG sentiment.

This card is also a pop up from Artfully sent cartridge. This is a reason I really need to work with my machine. I wanted a 5x7 card but I ended up with a business side card but I just rolled with it.  I used my new stamp from ctmh for the O Holy Night and I inked and sprayed it.

I love the inside of this card.

I used my pen to write out Jesus is the reason for the season. I just love my Explore machine

I forgot to post this shirt I made for myself. The inspiration came from a fellow SOC member MJ's card I just loved it and had to make me a shirt from it.

As always be bless

Silver an Gold

Good morning, todays challenge over at SOC is Silver and Gold. I used my Anna Griffin die for the tree and star then I used my Stamps of Life die for the word Merry. The paper I used was from paper studio last yr stash

The stamps inside I used were from S&P retired

Monday one of my younger co workers was excepted into grad school in VA and she will be leaving next week. So I completed her scraf and made her a little book we could snap pictures and write in.

Can you believe I have had the yourstory for 3 yrs and never used it. I know shame on me and this is such a quick gift. The name of the project I work on is called MIECHV so I just used some thickers and the paper stack from Create Paper from Tuesday Morning

some what to scrap bling

now I have to finish the rest of my co workers scarfs and that will be a wrap only 4 more to go this morning.

The bulk of my Christmas cards are done and mailed off thanks to Anna Griffin bundle.

It is a wrap....Be Bless
