DCWV Challenge

 Good evening, tonight I needed to make a card for my sister in laws birthday Wednesday and this needs to go postal tomorrow to make it. So as I was looking thru my emails I saw this sketch over at DCWV and you know how I love a sketch. So the requirements was to use 75% DCWV and I did just that. I used The Gilded Paper for my main parts of the card. Then I used DCWV Holiday collection for my base paper then I cut the cute Holly Layer spellbinders die out in DCWV  cardstock Stack Glitzy Glitter paper. The stamp is an old one from S&P company.

Belated Christmas Wishes

I pray everyone had a bless Christmas. I meant to post this last night but after we got back from the in laws I was wore out and didn't post this. I made my son a gift card shaker pouch for his xbox cards. I followed along with Nursetara04 youtube video it was so easy. I even used some of those dollar tree stickers I had to have lol

 

 I even worked on my fauxdori entry, I am on the hunt for a letter cover for it since this one is my fav to use.

 Lastly today we had to run to the mall to take hubby phone in to the store and it was a Pandora shop right next to the Apple store and I have always wanted a Pandora bracelet so I took my Christmas money and started my journey......I told hubby that I was going to stop buying crafty things and buy a charm from here on out. (Wish me luck lol)

Monday sketch

I need another quick card tonight for a friend so I can drop it off in the morning. Time is winding down for Christmas. I used the sketch from Matchesketch to get this quick card before bed tonight. I used a sizzix die for the bulb and ran it threw an embossing folder and added the sentiment from Stamps of Life....quick and simple and another card to ready to go and I am off to bed tomorrow is going to be another long day.

Happy Birthday Danita

Today is my girl Danita  birthday and I want to wish her the best year to come.....much love coming from the Montee's we love you girl and so glad we meet on the Cricut cruise 4 yrs ago.

For her card I did a Z fold using the Stamps of Life die and stamp. Funny thing Danita is the one that turned me on to a FB group and I managed to buy this set on that group and I just love it. I also used Stamps of Life pattern paper for the card. Along with some bling that has been in my stash from when hubby was working in Dallas. 

This sentiment is so true you are not getting older, your getting better.....Happy Birthday sis we love you and enjoy your day

Mojo Monday

I forgot to post this one with the last set but this was made using Mojo Monday sketch 428  I purchased the 6x6 paper pack from Michaels I believe it is Recollection and I also cut the bow out on my cricut thanks again Treva.

Happy Saturday

Hello, today I managed to get the last of my cards completed that will go postal. I still have a few that I will hand out but I can get them tomorrow 

This first card I just love how it came out I used several spellbinders dies along withe the shiny dcwv paper. I colored the stamp from stamps of life and added some wink of steller to it but you can't tell. I used embossing powder for the sentiment.

This inside stamp is from CTMH

I love this one also I used some paper from last yr I believe Echo park and Anna Griffin die from last yr.


I had so much fun with this stamp here. I had to have it and thanks to my friend Treva for letting me know that it was back in stock. I used that black lacquer paint for the tires and the white lacquer for the headlights you have to see it in person. I managed to pull out my Spectrum Noir markers to color them in. I did spend way to much time on my scan and cut trying to cut the images and it was an epic fail so I had to hand cut the images.





I used the stamp from S&P no longer in business

Die Hard cards

I got the extra push I needed from watching my friend Shanta, Betty and Markeisha die hard youtube video yesterday. I pulled out embossing folders and dies to get these cards down last night. Now if I can finish up tonight to complete the last 10 cards so I can get them in the mail tomorrow.
