My weight pocket life jounal

Image
Good evening crafters, I just wanted to pop in real quick and share a few pages in my life pocket project journal. I am so loving this weight journey right now. I love my cycling class and my new goal for August is to get in 20 miles a day (wish me luck) I can't tell you which cards I am using I just put them all in a CTMH organizer and just pull them out and go
Still have a little way to go for my goal of 130lbs but I will get there. I really got to get back on the floor and do my sit ups belly is still hanging lol Most of the days you can find me smiling all the time "LIFE IS GOOD" This was the dress that I wore to my husband niece wedding two weeks ago and guess what it was a  size 4. I have never wore a 4 but GOD is good.... as always be bless

Memory album

Image
Today I went to the gym and did my workout but I always take my iPad and watch videos and read my email. I saw these yum yum cinnamon rolls with bacon wrapped in it  and knew I had to have them. So when I left the gym I went straight to the grocery store and purchased them. The can came with 5 and my husband is sitting right here as I am typing this to make sure I tell you that I ate 3 lol.

I was asked to make a memory album for a friend who lost her Aunt at the age of 93. It is hard for me to make an album for someone else and no pictures. An album is not complete without pictures but this is what I came up with.

I kept it simple and I used a stack from Crate Paper that I got at Tuesday Morning awhile back

This is my least fondest pages but I am done and I was out of ideas

I added some blank papers in the end (not shown) for her to add her journaling.

Christmas in July

Image
Hello crafters, I finally finished my 5 Christmas cards for two challenges over at SOC.
Sistah/Brother Challenge
Week 30: Christmas in July.  Christmas is a little over five months away, but it will be here before you know it! So the challenge is to make holiday cards, pages/mini albums, mixed media and altered art projects! However, if you're just not ready to "go there" with the holidays yet, it's no problem! Just create an everyday project featuring the colors (in any combination) from the photo above.
July 2015 - Christmas In July Creative Challenge

I used my explore to create all the simple cards tonight

Bridal shower cards

Image
Good evening, I finally finished some cards my friend asked me to do for her sister paper that she is giving. I used the silhouette to make these cards and I didn't want a small card so I made them about 7x6 odd size but it worked for me. I even used the same paper to make the envelops.

These suckers were a mess to lace up and I should have put eyelets in it but I waited to the last moment to get them to her so no eyelets

On the inside I used the Explorer to type out her info the the party.

Quilt card

Today is my sister in law Penny's Birthday Day. Penny loves to quilt and I thought a quilt card would be perfect for her birthday. I thought I picked out some nice quilt colors but after the card was complete it looks more Christmas but I was down to the wire as usual so I had to but it in the mail.

Wedding Day

Image
Hello crafters, today is my husband niece wedding and I asked my sister in law what Katelyn colors were and this is a picture that she sent me so I thought what could I do last minute to make for today.

This is the card I came up with, I used my silhouette to make the couple and the Mr. & Mrs.I used my embossing folders to the silver paper. I added a lot of bling to the card and a stamp from CTMH.

This is another CTMH stamps for the inside

Here is the towels with the last name and off hand I can't remember the font that I used

Here is a bag that I found at Ross and I used my CTMH stamp to put the image on the white space

well be bless we are off to the wedding

Birthday Cards

Image
Good morning crafters, I am really getting bad at not posting but I completed 2 quick cards and I managed to get them mailed out on time. This first card was for a lady I used to go to a monthly scrap class with. She turned 93 what a blessing so I made this card using the  Explorer with several different cart sorry I didn't write it down. I really like how simple and quick this card came out.
I used my wink stellers to color in the candles and one of those fiskar punches for the boarder at the bottom

This next card was for my brother in law

I tried to keep it masculine as I could and I believe I used someone sketch but again I didn't write it down busy work week I will try to do better next week

Have a wonderful bless weekend

Happy Birthday

We are back from our cruise and boy did we have a wonderful time. I will share some pics later in my PL and layouts.
Today is my husband niece Tonya birthday and I followed Owl sketch to make this simple card. I used Create Paper On Trend 6x6 that I got at Tuesday Morning awhile back to make the card. added a bling flower from mu stash. The stamp is from CTMH

I used this inside sentiment because I am sure it will be a day late in the mail getting to her.
