Scrap layout to a song

This canvas was a challenge over at Life as a Scrapbooker. Your CHALLENGE: Use a song as inspiration for your page

The song I chose was "I Love my Hair" The verson song on Sesame Street. I thought it was nice that a Caucasian lady had written this song for her African American daughter. I have been perm free for 3 yrs and I am all NATURAL so this was the song I choose for my layout.

ScrapnFit

Be Inspired! Make a layout and be sure to use Vellum!
I used the superman cartridge font to cut out climb high. I also used my image that was not calibrated right so tomorrow I will be calling support but this challenge is due tomorrow.

Be Natural

I just love this image off of Rock Princess cartridge. This image represents me and who I am right now in my life. I have been perm free for 3 yrs and within the last 6 months I have stopped getting my hair braided. So this ATC is all about Felisa now :)

Pause Dream Enjoy - week 15

This week question is when was the last time you went to the Zoo
This is my son holding my grandson and my two little cousins at the zoo last summer which was the last time we went to the zoo.

Cricut Cardz and Creative Time For Me challenge

The first challenge at Mary's Cricut Cardz, challenge # 49, make a card for Christmas with something that starts with the letter "S" (Santa, snowflake, sled, sleigh, squirrel, etc). Use any cartridges you'd like and any colors you'd like.
Emma's challenge was to use the imagine and to use buttons.
I cut the snowman on my imagine at 4" out of Winter Wonderland cartridge along with the word BRRRR. The blue paper was a buy at Target by colorbok and the ribbon I got at Michaels.

Some of my Thanksgiving cards

I still have a few more to finish so I can get them in the mail by this weekend :)
Have a great day
